[General Product Return and Exchange Policy]
- For general food and nutritional supplement products, there is no 7-day free trial period, therefore no return or exchange service is offered.
- For replacement or return requests of defective or incorrect goods, please take photos of the contents of the package and the receipt within 7 days to check the product condition. After customer service confirms the condition of the goods, we will process your request and provide services as soon as possible. Please submit your request within 7 days; requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.

- We apologize that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that are not defective or faulty.
- For items that are specifically marked as non-refundable or non-exchangeable on the product page, near-expiry items, gifts, and discounted items, no return or exchange service is offered.
- Returned or exchanged items must be brand new and in their original packaging. Original accessories (including the main unit, inner and outer packaging, gifts, promotional gifts, etc.) must be provided for the return to be accepted.
- Returns and exchanges will not be accepted if the product packaging is damaged, seals are removed, adhesive tape is removed, or labels are removed, provided that it does not impede your inspection of the product.
- If you have already received a paper invoice, please return it along with the returned goods.
- If a package is not received within 7 days of being shipped, it must be reshipped, and the buyer will be responsible for the reshipping cost.
